  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For instance, if a payment or donation was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card through the same payment channel. This applies to all payment methods used by the customer. If the delivered product does not match the customer’s original selection, the customer may contact us within 10 working days. The refund will then be processed in accordance with the bank's turnaround time (TAT) and applicable norms.

    1. Application Cancellation before approved: You can cancel your application within 5 to 6 days of placing it, as long as it has not been approved. To cancel, please contact our customer service team with your application details, and we will process your request.
    2. Cancellation after approved: Once your application has been accepted, cancellation will no longer be entertained. We recommend that you review your application carefully before making a payment.
    3. Non-Cancellation Payment: Services may not be eligible for cancellation once the payment is made. Please check the service description for details on non-cancellable.

    2. Formal Complaint: If the issue is not resolved through customer service, you may submit a formal written complaint to the Secretary, Mizoram Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. Please provide all relevant details, including your application number, description of the problem and bank statement from the date of payment till date. We will review the complaint and respond within 3 working days.
    3. Escalation: If the complaint remains still unresolved, you may escalate the dispute to the Chairman, Mizoram Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board by notifying us in writing. We will work with you to find an agreeable solution.
    4. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, we may suggest resolving it through an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process through Mizoram State Legal Services Authority, such as mediation or arbitration. ADR is a faster and less formal method of resolving disputes than court proceedings.
    5. Legal Recourse: If all other options fail, either party may choose to pursue legal action in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
    6. Jurisdiction: Any disputes that escalate to legal action will be governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Guwahati High Court, Aizawl Bench will have exclusive jurisdiction over the matter.
    7. No Waiver: Failure to enforce any part of this policy does not waive our right to enforce it at a later time.
